- You ensure that improvement measures are implemented effectively, that adjacent processes are taken into account and that necessary changes are anchored in the business
- You lead the process managers in the business professionally and ensure the coordination between department, segments, IT and committees Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience: preferably in the field of Idea to Market / Product Life Cycle Management
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration, business informatics or similar
- You have a strong process and business understanding
- You work conceptually, structured and solution-oriented and are able to accommodate different requirements, harmonize them and translate them into a clear target image.
- You convince with strong communication and stakeholder competence.
- You bring together different perspectives, deal constructively with conflicts and win participants for joint solutions
