Main responsibilities
- As a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, you provide professional help to solve patients' psychosocial problems.
- Clarification of the living situation and the social and legal problems of the patients and their environment.
- Developing and implementing possible solutions with those involved in the areas of living, working, finances, leisure and relationships and providing material assistance with complex social law problems.
- Contacts with relatives, employers, social welfare offices, RAV, advisors and external carers.
- Preparation for the return of patients to their previous environment (family, workplace, school, etc.), with the aim of reintegration and rehabilitation as well as securing follow-up care. Requirements:
- You are studying social work and would like to complete the second training internship.
- You are motivated to get involved and learn something.
- You have empathy and high communication skills when dealing with mentally ill people and their relatives.
- You also have social skills, are resilient, have an independent and responsible way of working and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Good computer skills make your administrative work easier.
