Your tasks
You support corporate development in the planning and implementation of projects and contribute to the administration of the company-wide project management portfolio.

Main responsibilities
- You support corporate development in the planning and implementation of projects and contribute to the administration of the company-wide project management portfolio.
- You will help to further develop our project portfolio processes and tools.
- You pick up processes and help define them with efficient target processes.
- You support our specialists in quality and risk management as well as in the compliance area.
- You will independently develop task packages and prepare information for different target groups.
- You conduct market analysis and provide results. Requirements
- You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in health economics, business administration or a comparable degree programme.
- You are authentic, open, reflective, creative and enthusiastic.
- You are interested in the healthcare industry and at best you have already gained initial experience in this area.
- You enjoy dealing with people and can easily communicate complex relationships.

- You are available for 6 months.
- With around 1,400 employees, we provide accessible, personal and effective psychiatric treatments and care for adults in the cantons of St.Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein at our nine company locations.
