The independent operation and programming of CNC lathes is the focus of this application. Modern manufacturing technologies enable the production of high-precision metal components. For our client we are looking for a Activities
- Independent operation, setting up and programming of CNC lathes, in particular with Heidenhain control
- Creation and optimization of CNC programs with CAM software (e.g. [Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.])
- Production of high-precision components according to technical drawings and parts lists
- Performance of quality checks and dimensional and tolerance checks
- Maintenance and repair of machinery
- Documentation of the work steps and the parts produced
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic, machinist or equivalent qualification
- Sound experience in the operation and programming of CNC lathes, in particular with Heidenhain control
- Experience in CAM programming (e.g. Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge in the processing of metal and the production of precision parts
- Technical understanding and experience working with technical drawings
- Independent and precise working method
- Teamwork and willingness to shift (if necessary)
