- You are responsible for planning and construction coordination with the involvement of internal and external contacts (e.g. ewl, ckw, real, city-internal specialist offices, etc.).
- You are responsible for managing the planning and construction coordination platforms (first-level support, user training).
- With the involvement of external and internal contacts, you will conduct consultations on upcoming plans and construction projects.
- You maintain a proactive and close cooperation with the overall coordination of thermal networks (e.g. during pre-planning and construction coordination).
- You lead various coordination sessions (e.g. planning coordination sessions, echospace event coordination, Jour-Fix with overall coordination thermal networks).
- You will be involved in the development and management of interface / project portfolio management.
- You support digitization projects and specialist dishes (including information platform for the public). Requirements
- You have completed vocational training and a functionally supplementary further education at university level (FH / HF).
- You bring appropriate professional experience as well as a sound understanding of the construction industry.
- You are decisive and can quickly form a well-founded opinion, which you represent successfully.
