Main responsibilities

- You take over the therapeutic leadership of our Forensics Station and bear the technical responsibility for a high-quality treatment.
- You guide and promote medical and psychological employees and support them in their professional and personal development.
- You are responsible for the continuous professional training of doctors and psychological employees.
- You are actively working on the further development of modern treatment concepts along the entire forensic-psychiatric treatment chain.
- You are committed to constructive interprofessional cooperation and a high quality of treatment.
- Requirements: You have a specialized medical certificate for psychiatry and psychotherapy or a foreign medical certificate recognised by MEBEKO.
- Ideally, you have the main title FMH Forensische Psychiatrie and Psychotherapie or bring the willingness to acquire it.
- You enjoy the leadership of employees and the further development of concepts and processes.
- You value cooperation in interdisciplinary teams and convince with your communicative and integrative personality.

- You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
- With around 1'400 employees, we ensure well-accessible, personal and effective psychiatric treatments and the care of adult people in the cantons of St.Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden and in the Principality of Liechtenstein at our nine company locations.
