- You register temporary employees in SAP R/3 and process entry, exit and mutations correctly
- You coordinate cooperation with external personnel and line managers and carry out correspondence and clarifications in German and French
- You create employment certificates and work confirmations and pay attention to compliance with the applicable requirements Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally with first experience in personnel administration
- Good knowledge of German and French in word and writing
- Good user knowledge in MS Office, experience with SAP and SuccessFactors are beneficial
- Independent, communicative and service-oriented personality with pleasure in administrative tasks
