The Regional Employment Centre (RAV) provides competent and comprehensive advice to job seekers, employers and other offices. It supports job seekers in their reintegration into the labour market with the measures of unemployment insurance. The focus is on rapid and permanent employment services.
What to expect
- Advising and providing jobseekers
- Conducting and recording consultations
- Development and agreement of adequate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
- Cooperation with internal departments (logistics, labour market measures, legal service, employer service, etc.)
- Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions for abuses
- Complete all administrative work related to the activities

- Basic commercial education or vocational apprenticeship with further commercial education
- Bundesgenössischer Fachausweis as HR specialist, social security specialist or the willingness to undertake further training for HR specialist (direction B)
- Professional experience from recruitment, recruitment consultancy, demanding customer advice or close connection to social security
- Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with the most diverse interlocutors from different social and cultural circles
- Flexibility and willingness to carry out work assignments also at the RAV locations in St.Gallen and Wattwil
