- Ensuring day-to-day operations as well as communication with customers and branches (processing of customer inquiries, complaints, etc.)
- HGV acceptance and assignment to unloading and loading ramps
Main responsibilities
- Ensuring day-to-day operations as well as communication with customers and branches (processing of customer inquiries, complaints, etc.)
- HGV acceptance and assignment to unloading and loading ramps
- Management CamiOnline (truck reservation system for deliveries)
- Planning and control of goods receipt complaints Requirements
- 1-5 years: processing, reception
- Completed basic or further training: Kauffrau*Kaufmann, editing
- Experienced handling of MS-Office products (especially Excel)
- Experience in a similar function in logistics administration is an advantage
- Willingness for fixed working hours and employment in the hourly wage in German (negotiation certain) Italian (very good knowledge) French (very good knowledge) English (advantageous) Cosa of Friamo
