Main responsibilities
- They accompany our patients during their rehabilitation stay of several weeks and design the care process within the framework of the reference person concept individually, holistically and resource-oriented
- Together with doctors and therapists, you ensure close coordination and effective interprofessional support.
- You actively contribute your professional ideas, develop care concepts and work processes and contribute together with the station management to a high quality of care
- Together with a versatile team, you actively shape a future-oriented specialist area with attractive participation, development and growth opportunities. Requirements
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse or qualified nurse HF/FH.
- Rehabilitation experience is welcome, but not a requirement
- They value personal contact and enjoy accompanying patients over a longer period of time on their way back to an independent everyday life.
- They work responsibly, reliably and in a structured way, keep an overview even in dynamic situations and bring a good organisational talent with them
