Your tasks and perspectives Arranging internal and external calls in the switchboard, especially during night shifts from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m./7:45 a.m., sporadic deployments in day shift Providing all kinds of information about patient rooms, visiting times, opening times, responsibilities, accessibility and location Outpatient clinics and clinics Deployment of on-call and special operations as instructed by the hospital departments Triage of emergencies to the responsible doctors

Several years of professional experience, ideally as a telephone operator or receptionist

Main responsibilities

Key requirements

Completed commercial apprenticeship
Several years of professional experience, ideally as a telephone operator or receptionist
Good IT skills and manners, as well as pronounced communication skills and resilience
Fluency in English, knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours (especially night shifts) on all weekdays
