- Your tasks and perspectives Arranging internal and external calls in the switchboard, especially during night shifts from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m./7:45 a.m., sporadic deployments in day shift Providing all kinds of information about patient rooms, visiting times, opening times, responsibilities, accessibility and location Outpatient clinics and clinics Deployment of on-call and special operations as instructed by the hospital departments Triage of emergencies to the responsible doctors

- Several years of professional experience, ideally as a telephone operator or receptionist
Main responsibilities

Key requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of professional experience, ideally as a telephone operator or receptionist
- Good IT skills and manners, as well as pronounced communication skills and resilience
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours (especially night shifts) on all weekdays
