Main responsibilities

- the financial situation and development of the Bank;
- the development and definition of the strategy of Raiffeisenbank St.Gallen and the review of its implementation
- Compliance with laws and regulations and risk management
- Within the Board of Directors, you contribute your banking background. These include:
- the assessment, analysis and discussion of credit transactions within the competence of the Board of Directors
- the assessment of the credit transaction processes and controls to ensure credit settlement in accordance with the regulations

- You have a good understanding of the market, liquidity, credit, personnel and operational risks of a bank.
- They are familiar with the regulatory and normative requirements of the Swiss financial market and are able to assess their impact on the strategic and operational orientation of a Raiffeisenbank in a well-founded manner.
- They have knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and the control and monitoring processes of a bank.
- You also understand the requirements of an internal and external audit.
- They are willing to spend the time required for the mandate and have the necessary flexibility to take on additional responsibility in the event of extraordinary events or special challenges.
- They may hold office for at least two consecutive terms.
- The statutory age limit for members of the Board of Directors is 70 years.
