- Provide customers with initial information about basic products (e.g. cards) and accompany them with digital Raiffeisen apps Management of cash dispensers
Main responsibilities
- First contact person of the customers: inside at the counter
- Provide customers with initial information about basic products (e.g. cards) and accompany them with digital Raiffeisen apps Management of cash dispensers
- Triagulate customer concerns and forward them to the responsible person
- Processing customer orders and consultants: assisting with order processing (e.g. cards, accounts and securities) Requirements
- Commercial education and/or professional experience in a commercial activity
- Banking experience or willingness to complete training modules in banking
- Readiness next to Küblis main place of work for assignments at the offices (Schiers, Klosters and Davos) Digital Affinity
- Delight in customer contact as well as competent and professional appearance
