Tasks
In this versatile function, you take on medical-administrative, organizational and guest-oriented tasks. These include:
- Our international guests receive, accompany and look after you personally, warmly and discreetly in the medical field
- Appointments, treatments and procedures are coordinated between guests, doctors, therapists, nursing, clinic, front office, spa, housekeeping and other hotel departments
- Administrative tasks such as correspondence, reports, letters, documentation and the careful maintenance of the respective systems are carried out reliably
- Medical services you calculate correctly and carefully
- HBOT treatments, InBody measurements, and minor medical activities such as occasional bandage changes and ECGs are carefully performed
- For clear, appreciative and solution-oriented communication across departmental boundaries, you are actively involved in everyday life
Requirements
A completed basic medical training, ideally as medical practice assistant / medical practice assistant EFZ, is a prerequisite for this function. Experience in an upscale service environment also forms the basis of your profile. You also bring with you:
- Strong understanding of service and pleasure in the personal care of international guests
- Good PC user knowledge, secure handling of Microsoft Office and ideally knowledge of medical billing with TARDOC
- An independent, structured and careful working method as well as enjoyment of coordinative tasks and interdisciplinary cooperation
- A professional, well-kept and binding appearance as well as discretion, empathy, resilience and commitment
