Your tasks and perspectives

• responsible for the smooth operation of the secretariat and office hours of the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Clinic
• organization of consultations and scheduling for patients and the medical profession
• providing information internally and externally to assignees, patients and patients
• reporting of the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Clinic
• general administrative activities

What you're doing for this job

• Completed training as a medical assistant or a commercial basic training
• Preferential training to the doctor's secretary
• Good computer skills and style-proof German
• Self-employment, resilience and flexibility
• Friendly and helpful way to complement our team and enjoy daily patient contact
