Tasks

• Processing of supplier orders incl. Monitoring and auditing
• Coordination and maintenance of delivery dates
• Processing written requests from suppliers and internal departments
• Ensure smooth administrative coordination
• Preparation and analysis of various evaluations

Requirements

• Basic commercial education or professional experience of several years
• Excel knowledge at a good user level is mandatory; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Flowing knowledge of German
• Organizational talent with a good sense of priorities and deadlines
• Number affinity and an independent and structured working method
