Technical and organizational responsibility of the service and repair department with around 100 employees including cost and sales responsibility
Coordinating and managing the activities of 10 directly subordinate team leaders and sellers to fulfill the targets (7 team leader service, 1 repair manager, 1 sales manager service, 1 team manager backoffice)
Co-responsibility for the implementation of the defined company strategy
