Management of clinical software and related interfaces Support of first level (1st Level Support)
Collaboration with external IT service providers
Support and development of internal digitalisation Collaboration on operational documentation Design of Lean processes Participation in various IT projects Requirements Completed training in IT or equivalent
Experience in the Microsoft environment and in clinical IT
High degree of autonomy and strong spirit of initiative Good communication skills
Knowledge of Italian and German level B2 (English preferred) We offer
