Tasks

• Control of the Arrivée, Restant and Departzimmer
• Daily division of room attendants and porters on the respective floors
• Management and supervision of employees on the floor
• Warehouse management such as material storage, bed storage, guest depot and Lost & Found
• Guest Depot Management and Findings List
• Guest list with special requests
• Maintaining personal contact with our guests
• Control of public premises, terraces and outdoor pool
• Transfer of technical defects and defects to the responsible department
• Flower care
• Assistance with various inventories such as dishes, glasses and laundry
• Helping to update and comply with LQA standards
• As part of your internship, you also support housekeeping in professional room cleaning in accordance with our internal standards and specifications, mainly in part-service

Requirements

• You are in training at a Swiss hotel school
• You have a flair for luxury hotels and a strong sense of order and cleanliness
• You have an eye for the whole and at the same time an eye for detail
• You convince through teamwork, assertiveness and flexibility
• You have a high level of service awareness
• You have very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
