Tasks

• Support the Banquet Operations Team in the operational implementation of meetings, events and banquets on site
• Active participation in events and gradual assumption of own tasks in day-to-day business
• Coordination with service, kitchen, technology, logistics and event sales
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of function sheets and events
• Ensuring professional guest care and high quality of service during the events
• Cooperation in preparations, orders, space set-ups and follow-up of events
• Introducing your own ideas for the further development of processes in the banquet area Requirements
• Study at a hotel management school recognized by the LGAV and search for a 6-month internship in the field of banquet operations
• Enjoy working actively, taking responsibility and not just watching
• Structured working method, organizational talent and overview even in lively situations
• Host personality with pleasure in contact with guests and the upscale hotel industry
• Team-oriented personality with pleasure in working with different departments
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Availability from August 2026 for 6 months, maximum until 28. February 2027 We offer:
