- Completed training in social work, social pädagogik, psychology, medicine or a comparable psychosocial profession
- Experience in working with children, adolescents and families
- Interest in development and commitment-oriented and group therapeutic work
- Enjoying combining therapeutic, organizational and leadership tasks
- Self-employed, structured and responsible working methods and good cooperation and communication skills
- Experience in working with people with refugee and migration experiences as well as in group work or group therapy
