- Your main task is to troubleshoot the ordered total orders or the goods released for packaging
- Missing setup certificates or articles, wrong serial number, missing etiquette, defective articles, etc. - these are just some error fixes that you will encounter in everyday work
- These tasks are handled by a 15-member support team led by Teamlead Operations Support: Be part of it!

Requirements
- You have completed a basic vocational training or ideally the basic training as a logistician EFZ
- You already know the world of dynamic logistics and you manage to keep a cool head, focus and properly prioritize even in stressful situations.
- You like to learn new things and are willing to understand the entire value chain and the underlying complex relationships
- Good PC knowledge and the willingness to internalize the logic of our ERP system, Navision
