• You consistently focus on customers and individually address their needs
• Self-employed, targeted and proactive damage treatment of complex material damages in the liability, motor vehicle and construction insurance sectors (company, professional and building liability insurance, construction and construction insurance)
• Self-determination of facts and/or assessment on site including Assessment of cover, liability, and regression issues
• Internal and external experts including Initiation of opinions
• Telephone, written and personal negotiations with insurance companies, injured persons, legal representatives, brokers, private insurance companies and other internal and external bodies
• Verify, assess and determine the compensation due to liability under contracts, offers, invoices, documents and/or in cooperation with experts Your skills and talents
• Basic insurance or legal training with several years of experience in the processing of complex damages (compulsory and construction insurance)
• Continuing training for the insurance professional with idg. Professional ID or other further education such as CAS Bauversicherungrecht, CAS Haftpflicht- und Versicherungsrecht
• Customer, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach
• Impressed communication skills, negotiation skills and enforcement skills
• Aged written and oral expressiveness in German. Italian and/or English of advantage
• Contractual knowledge and basic engineering knowledge desired
