Spitex Sarganserland seeks personality with foresight Management of Corporate Processes (COO) As COO and member of the Executive Board Together with the CEO, you will be responsible from mid-2027 or by agreement for an efficient, high-quality and economical operation. Their tasks

• Overall responsibility for operational processes and their continuous development
• Optimization and standardization of processes, resources and interfaces
• Responsibility for personnel planning, management and development of operational areas
• Ensuring quality, legal requirements and efficient structures
• Management of organisational and development projects
• Close cooperation with CEO and management as well as deputy manager

This is what they bring with them.

• Studies or higher specialist training in business administration, health management, organisation or comparable
• Experience in process, quality and/or HR management
• Leadership experience and strong organisational and implementation competence
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking
• Entrepreneurial action, decision-making strength and joy of change
• Experience in healthcare, Spitex or service environment is beneficial
