- Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service order and the care process
- Further development of care & care for our nursing guests
- Controlling quality and productivity (bed occupancy, performance detection in CareCoach)
- Maintaining budget requirements and targeting the area
Key requirements
- For our company Tertianum At the Spisertor we are looking for an agreement Head of Care and Care 80-100 %
- Completed training for/to the Dipl.
- Care specialist FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognised by the SRK
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care with people with dementia
- At least 1-2 years of leadership experience as management care & care or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as group management Dynamic leadership personality
