• Technical and organizational responsibility of the service and repair department with around 100 employees including cost and sales responsibility
• Coordinating and managing the activities of 10 directly subordinate team leaders and sellers to fulfill the targets (7 team leader service, 1 repair manager, 1 sales manager service, 1 team manager backoffice)
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the defined company strategy
