• Tasks
• Development of a holistic strategy as well as operational control of all performance channels (SEA, display, social, SEO, etc.)
• Responsibility for the entire budget planning, efficient allocation and consistent ROI optimization
• Disciplinary leadership, coaching and continuous development of the marketing team
• KPI analysis to derive strategic measures as well as identification of growth trends
• Responsibility for the entire technical setup, including tracking, attribution and tools
• Requirements
• Completed training or further education in marketing with several years of experience in performance marketing, preferably already in a management position
• In-depth knowledge in common advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta) and tracking tools (GA4, GTM)
• Pronounced competence in the management of teams and the management of complex projects
• Entrepreneurial action, high level of initiative and negotiating-safe German
