“For our customers, we are the first bank.” As Head of Frontsupport Corporate Clients, you and your team contribute to fulfilling this promise on a daily basis. You combine management with professional responsibility, stay close to the corporate customer business and actively shape the further development of the corporate customer division in St. Gallen.

This is what you will do.

• You lead, promote and develop four employees in front support and support them in their versatile tasks in the corporate customer sector.
• In the training and further development of trainees and trainees, you take an active role.
• Our customer advisors support you in comprehensive support as well as in the targeted establishment and expansion of customer relationships and in the preparation and analysis of credit transactions.
• Telephone customer inquiries are competent and solution-oriented. If necessary, you can also accompany our customer advisors on customer appointments.
• Together with the Head of Corporate Clients, you actively shape the team dynamics and the further development of the Corporate Clients St. Gallen team.

You bring that with you

• A higher banking or business education as well as several years of experience in banking form your professional basis.
• You have leadership experience and enjoy accompanying experienced employees, promoting them and working with them to promote the further development of the team.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate and credit business enables you to competently support our customer advisors.
• With your high social skills, your communication skills and your team-oriented nature, you convince employees, colleagues and our customers.
