More than 60 apprentices are currently completing their training at Raiffeisen Switzerland, the service and competence center of the Raiffeisen banks. Do you want to be a part of it? >On your training path you will get the opportunity to get to know different departments and areas of work and to actively participate. At the same time, we guarantee you professional student support throughout your apprenticeship.

Tasks

An exciting and varied teaching awaits you, in which you are in direct exchange with our customers.

• You take phone calls, advise the customers of Raiffeisenbanken, answer questions and take complaints.
• You will learn to communicate via various channels in oral and written form with our customers and our Raiffeisenbanks.

• Completed upper stage
• Very good manners in oral and written form
• Motivation
• Communication and team skills
