The apprenticeship as a merchant / businesswoman EFZ (transport industry) lasts three years. In our administration and administration you will get to know the work processes and activities of merchants in various departments until you can finally participate in the operational area. Important for this profession is that you like to work on the computer, have a good comprehension and feel comfortable in an office environment. Ideal prerequisites are also attractive grades from secondary school and enjoyment of mathematics and languages.

• At the beginning, you mainly get to know tasks in the back office, such as the processing of expense statements, postal shipping or additional work in the form of invoice controls, etc.
• The next step is to develop the basics for billing of transport services and, after introduction, to take on independent activities in this work area.
• Later, we offer you the opportunity to work in day-to-day operations, receive and process orders, make clarifications and help with related tasks.
• In between, we also offer you the opportunity to experience the practice by travelling with a truck and getting a closer insight into the tasks of the chauffeurs and the handling of the service on site.
• An experience week in a branch is also part of our standard training
