• You make our guests feel comfortable right from the start
• You greet the guests warmly and accompany them to their table
• You know our food and drink and help the guests find the right thing In the second year of your apprenticeship you can choose to have a complementary competence:
• Young Barista (coffee creations, coffee consultation)
• Young barkeeper/barekeeper (cocktails, whiskeys, spirits)
• Jung-So-Sellière/So-Sellier (Deepened knowledge of wine)
• Young boss de rang (flambers, tranching)

• Do you give the guest empathy?
• Are good manners self - evident to you?
• Do you meet customer requirements with accommodating and reliable solutions?
• Are you a communication talent?
• Do you remain calm and friendly even in busy times?
• Are you aware that the restaurant also works in the evenings and on weekends?
