Legal and Compliance Officer 80-100% ◆ Uznach ◆ m/f/d

Their role

• Professional advice on all bank-relevant legal and compliance issues, with a focus on financial crime
• Documentation and examination of complex cases
• Response and case management of requests from authorities
• Assumption of legal clarifications (general banking business, inheritance law, loans, asset management, etc.)
• Accompanying projects for the implementation of new regulatory regulations and regulatory monitoring
• Quality controls, monitoring and reporting
• Support for training and internal workshops

Your education and experience

• higher degree in law, ideally with additional compliance training
• Experience in Legal & Compliance, especially with private banking background
• High IT affinity
