As a lead assembler at Boltshauser, you can run elevators independently with your know-how and the existing documents, from the first screw to the defect-free acceptance. Your experience is already in demand in the project phase, because with us you actively shape solutions. What to expect

• You put the assembled plants into operation and hand them over in perfect condition
• You pass on your experience to the installers on the construction site
• You support the construction already in the project phase in finding a solution
• You are involved in the ongoing improvement of investment drawings
• You help with cabin construction in production and take over the acceptance of the installed cabins
• You solve technical challenges at the plants independently or together with your project team

What you bring

• Desire to take part in a young dynamic team and move “big”
• Drive to give the right gas
• Experience in lift assembly is a must
• Driver’s license – you can’t do without it
