• Treatment of hydroelectric planning (hydroelectric engineering projects) of the municipalities at pre-examination and approval stage
• Assessment of objections against hydraulic engineering projects of the canton, with a focus on the flood protection project Rhesi
• Water detection
• Treatment of legal issues in the pre-examination of municipal road maps
• Processing of applications for permits for municipal road maps
• Participation in appeal procedures
• Compilation of opinions on environmental offences by the public prosecutor
• Evaluation of legal issues
• Advice of municipalities and private individuals
• participation in consultations on legislative proposals of the federal and cantonal governments
• participation in the treatment of parliamentary decisions and participation in projects
• Requirements - University degree as lic.iur.
