- You will take on the competent advice of building owners, architects and engineers around the design of land drainage and wastewater fees.
- You review plans during the permitting process, make retention and site drainage controls, and support the team in the building permitting process.
Main responsibilities
- You will take on the competent advice of building owners, architects and engineers around the design of land drainage and wastewater fees.
- You review plans during the permitting process, make retention and site drainage controls, and support the team in the building permitting process.
- You are jointly responsible for billing rainwater fees and take on special cases (e.g. the assessment of objections).
- As part of a participatory team of 12 colleagues, you actively contribute to the further development of the department. Requirements
- You have completed vocational training and further training as a technician HF Bauplanung, dipl.
- Bauführer*in or Tiefbau-Polier with federal certificate.
- You advantageously have the VSA ID "Expert Person Drainage".
- You bring experience in civil engineering.
- When dealing with various stakeholders, you show assertiveness and empathy.
- You have negotiating skills as well as stylish German in word and writing.
