You will take on the competent advice of building owners, architects and engineers around the design of land drainage and wastewater fees.
You review plans during the permitting process, make retention and site drainage controls, and support the team in the building permitting process.

You are jointly responsible for billing rainwater fees and take on special cases (e.g. the assessment of objections).
As part of a participatory team of 12 colleagues, you actively contribute to the further development of the department. Requirements
You have completed vocational training and further training as a technician HF Bauplanung, dipl.
Bauführer*in or Tiefbau-Polier with federal certificate.
You advantageously have the VSA ID "Expert Person Drainage".
You bring experience in civil engineering.
When dealing with various stakeholders, you show assertiveness and empathy.
You have negotiating skills as well as stylish German in word and writing.
