Tasks

• Detection and prevention of customer theft
• Administrative work such as: thievery, house bans, criminal charges, etc.
• Active communication and information regarding extraordinary events and incidents. Reporting to superiors

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship
• Experience in security service / shop monitoring desired
• Strong observation and comprehension skills
• Enforcement and civil courage
• Physical and physical capacity
• Courteous and specific appearance with high discretion
• Excellent knowledge of German in words and writing as well as excellent communication skills
• Correct reputation (excerpt from criminal records)
• Flexibility for operations during shop opening hours (including Saturday/Sunday)
• Good MC-Office user knowledge
• Readiness for short-term operations
