Take responsibility for samples, process optimization and the industrialization of our products and bring your ideas directly into production. Your Tasks:

• Planning and professional implementation of samples in cooperation with the Head of Process Engineering, Head of Production from preparation to implementation
• Continuous improvement of injection molding processes and workflows with focus on quality, process reliability, cycle time and economy, in particular using systematic and computational methods
• Setting up and monitoring processes for parts with increased quality requirements or safety-critical products
• Preparation and maintenance of production documents, production papers and work instructions for serial production and management, management and security of all machine setting data
• Cooperation in offers and projects as well as support in the development and implementation of new tools
• Optimization of working documents and information flows between the participating departments as well as proactive sharing of relevant information Your profile:
• Completed apprenticeship as a plastics technologist
• Several years of experience and profound knowledge in the plastics industry
• Additional training or practical knowledge in mechanics and/or tool making are advantageous
• Ideally, knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP and Global 8D
• Team-oriented, self-reflected and solution-oriented with a motivating role model function
