• Welcome and advice of customers in the cash area

• Support during the scanning and payment process at the self-checkout checkout points

• Assistance with technical or operating issues

• Cash activity at regular cash registers

Your profile

• Experience in sales or customer support is beneficial

• Flexibility regarding operating times (MO-SA 16:00 - 19:00)

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and advice

• Basic technical understanding for POS systems

• Patience and sensitivity

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Resilience and flexibility, even with high customer volumes

• Good knowledge of German, other languages beneficial
