• You take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen area and ensure an environment in which our guests and the team feel equally appreciated
• During the holiday and absence times of the restaurant management you take the overall responsibility
• you are active in the presentation and staging of the meals in the buffets
• you serve and advise the guests actively in the selection of food in the buffet area and at the checkout to ensure a perfect service
• you support in the management of the restaurant

Operating, optimizing operational processes and consistently implementing the hygiene guidelines according to Food Safety.

• You take over general administrative tasks such as ordering, personnel planning, HA-Bocko responsibility

Requisiti

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience: in the gastronomy
• Completed basic or further education: in the gastronomy (cheek*cook)
• You love to be in contact with people and have the pleasure of inspiring our guests
• Fresh food is exactly your thing – you know how to put it perfectly into the scene
• you are a team of players, flexible and with a total of 18% everywhere.
