Main responsibilities
- You implement the market and sales strategy in the area of care gastronomy in Western Switzerland and develop it continuously
- You know the challenges of homes, hospitals and social institutions in the field of gastronomy
- You build sustainable customer relationships, actively nurture them and win new customers in the home and hospital sector
- You are responsible for revenue and can enforce margin and margin targets without jeopardizing the customer relationship
- You use CRM, DWH, ERP systems in everyday life and create number-based arguments
- You conduct price and assortment negotiations independently on chef and C-level
- You work closely with internal interfaces such as customer center, category management and marketing
- You actively participate in customer events and actively participate in sales trainings Requirements

- Du bist eine selbständige, strukturierte, motivierte, initiative und gewinnende Persönlichkeit
- Du hast Freude an der Abwechslung von Home Office, nationalem Reisen und Meetings
