Main responsibilities
- Project management or Support in strategic and operational projects
- Coordination of national projects with stakeholders within the Migros Ostschweiz as part of the project portfolio management
- Creation of presentations and decision bases, e.g. a management member or the strategy/project portfolio manager of the Supermarket Directorate
- Analysis and preparation of business and strategic issues preparation and moderation of workshops
Key requirements
- Professional experience in strategy and project management
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the business sector
- Convinced appearance, high understanding of services and pronounced communication and conflictability
- Self-employed, precise, efficient and structured working methods, combined with pronounced analytical and networked thinking
