- You are responsible for the information- and data-based control of central value-added areas along the procurement market, processes and sales market.
- You prepare relevant data, analyses and models in such a way that action priorities become visible and informed decisions can be supported.
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the information- and data-based control of central value-added areas along the procurement market, processes and sales market.
- You prepare relevant data, analyses and models in such a way that action priorities become visible and informed decisions can be supported.
- You create ad hoc analyses, reports and KPI dashboards and continuously develop them to create transparency about sales, flow of goods, promotions, procurement, processes and performance.
- You analyze and validate data, recognize patterns, deviations and optimization potentials and translate them into understandable decision-making bases for departments and leadership.
- You support the prioritization and control of measures by showing data- and model-based where action is needed and what effect possible measures can have.
- You work interdisciplinary in projects, clarify requirements with the departments, coordinate analytical tasks and present results in a target group-oriented and action-oriented manner. Requirements
- You have a completed degree or comparable training in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration/VWL or a related field.
- You bring a strong analytical mindset and enjoy structuring, analyzing and comprehensible economic issues based on data.
- You have good basics in data analysis, data validation and quantitative methods.
Application process
- First experience with Python, SQL, BI tools or similar analytical applications is an advantage.
- You are interested in business processes, procurement and sales markets, and how data- and model-based insights can contribute to better decisions.
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way, set priorities and move safely between day-to-day business, ad hoc inquiries and project tasks.
- You are team-oriented, strong in communication and can present analytical results appropriate to target groups, understandable and action-oriented.
- You bring very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English.
- French or Italian are beneficial.
