What to expect

• Sale of service contracts and repairs and support for the sale of modernisations
• Advising and supporting customers as well as developing and ensuring a lasting and sustainable customer relationship
• Processing of customer complaints and inquiries and thus increasing customer loyalty
• Close cooperation with the Service Teamleader for the assigned service group

What you bring

• Basic technical or commercial training completed
• Sales experience is beneficial, ideally in the area of capital goods and/or technical services
• Secure in dealing with MS-Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Humor, because we like to laugh!
