- Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory is an advantage
- Experience with client hardware as well as in providing and setting up workstations
- Enjoying the structured analysis of technical problems and the independent solution finding
- Responsible, reliable and customer-oriented workflow
- Independent and team-oriented personality with a healthy dose of humor
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English and/or French
