The Position As an RCC Coordinator you are providing support to the Roche Career Center with various operational activities such as setting up events, developing process descriptions, taking over process ownership, maintaining customer engagement and support, as well as various communication activities such as creating and maintaining promotional materials on Roche channels, representing the RCC in events, updating the RCC website, etc. There are also many opportunities to step in as an advisor for 1:1 offers, to facilitate workshops and events, and to run onboarding and train-the-trainer activities for the volunteers. It’s a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an agile approach of supporting employability at Roche and empowering and engaging employees to take accountability for their professional journeys.
