- A warm welcome and individual support for our international hotel guests
- Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
- Operation of the telephone and information centre
- Processing of guest accounting by means of "Protel"
- Processing of incoming reservations
- Management and management of quotas and accounting channels
- Preparation of the final accounts
- Completion of various administrative tasks
