- Support in the introduction of new lean processes in production (e.g. shop floor, management, OEE)
- Implementation of 5S and maintenance through audits
- Coordination and implementation of suggestions for improvement from production Support in problem solving with A3
- Creation, updating and analysis of key performance indicators and documents
