- Providing information in the telephone switchboard and at the information desk about patient rooms, visiting times, opening times, responsibilities, accessibility and location of the outpatient clinics and clinics
- Administrative work and managing the cash register at the central information desk
- Completed basic commercial training Several years of professional experience Completed commercial apprenticeship Some years of professional experience Good computer skills
- Good oral English skills, Italian and French skills are an advantage
Main responsibilities
- Providing information in the telephone switchboard and at the information desk about patient rooms, visiting times, opening times, responsibilities, accessibility and location of the outpatient clinics and clinics
- Administrative work and managing the cash register at the central information desk
Key requirements
- Completed basic commercial training Several years of professional experience Completed commercial apprenticeship Some years of professional experience Good computer skills
- Good oral English skills, Italian and French skills are an advantage
- Good manners, pronounced communication skills and high resilience
- Flexibility for short-term shifts and availability for irregular working hours (from 06:30 to 22:00) on all weekdays
