- What you bring to this position Education or training in computer science or business informatics Proven leadership skills in technical IT teams or in a comparable leadership role Know-how in the IAM environment (advantageous) or experience with complex IT processes, applications or services Competence in the design, optimization and automation of processes as well as in setting up efficient processes Strong communication, organization and change skills as well as the motivation to actively further develop structures and applications
