ICT Onsite Specialist 80-100 %

Your tasks and perspectives

• 1st and 2nd level onsite support with our customers in the canton of St. Gallen (St. Gallen, Grabs, Wil and Uznach)
• Installing and maintaining workstation systems, staging clients, peripherals, mobile devices and communications
• Track hardware inventory, operations manuals, instructions and checklists
• Participation in rollout and relocation projects
• Participation in the lifecycle exchange of IT hardware

What you bring for this job

• Training as a computer scientist or several years of professional experience in support of client infrastructures
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, telephony and various administration tools such as software distribution and Active Directory
• Team-capable, independent and customer-oriented working methods, analytical thinking and structured working methods
• Confident oral and written knowledge of German (minor level B2)
• Category B driving licence (passenger car)
